How would you describe the work you do and why?:
I love the earthy colours of the reduction fired stoneware and its practicality. My pots can go safely into the oven, microwave and dishwasher as the high firing temperature means they are vitrified and stable.
Describe what you call yourself/your practice?:
I am potter who discovered clay aged 23 at an evening class. Several years and evening classes later I am now retired and have a pottery at home as well still attending a class at Wobage farm workshops. I love making domestic articles people can use and appreciate very day, a blend of form and function.
