How would you describe the work you do and why?: 

I describe my technique as "motorised drawing" on glass. I am inspired by the natural world and interpret it in my own imaginative style. I am drawn to experimentation and always looking for new ways to use my skills and extend my practice.

For you what does being an artist mean?: 

I find that making something tangible using my hands is very a satisfying and calming pursuit as I am completely immersed in the creative process.

Describe what you call yourself/your practice?: 

Contemporary glass engraver and gilder.

Your practice & activities include e.g workshops, teaching: 

I have taught internationally in Germany, Sweden, USA and UK and exhibited in museums and galleries throughout the EU, in the UAE, USA and Japan.
