My practice is constantly evolving, driven by experimentation with new ideas and processes as well as acting as form of diary or story driven responses to my environment. I believe in utilising a wide variety of reclaimed media and I am creatively inspired by my surrounding rural environment as well as my travel diaries.
My work is an integral part of who I am and acts as one of the vital tools I use to interpret the world around me.
I am a painter with an interest in mixing media and creating textural work in many and varied formats, sizes and materials. Recently I have expanded my practice to include sculptural forms. My work retains a strong landscape narrative.
I work from my studios at The Old School but have worked facilitating school and community workshops over many years. I want to start masterclasses and an artists studio hub from the school in 2024
