How would you describe the work you do and why?:
I have started making pictures again after a long (30 year) interruption. My work now (as then) is mostly an exploration of the world around me through shapes, shadows, reflections and symbols and often with a preoccupation with perspectives.
For you what does being an artist mean?:
Art is a mystery to me - being an artist means having the freedom to explore that mystery, the freedom to create, freedom to make many mistakes, freedom to change...it's a great privilege!
Describe what you call yourself/your practice?:
I draw, paint and make collages.
