How would you describe the work you do and why?:
I am primarily an animal portrait artist working with acrylics, oils or pastels to create realistic paintings.
For you what does being an artist mean?:
I love art and I love animals so this means I get to spend time creating work which makes me happy!

Self employed artist
Your practice & activities include e.g workshops, teaching:
I work to commission with clients on pet portraits and also exhibit with a small group of artists, showcasing and selling our work in local outlets and venues.

On the whole, I am self-taught.
I am a member of the Association of Animal Artists and also Ludlow Art Society.
