How would you describe the work you do and why?:

My artwork is observational study of my own individual sensory perceptions

For you what does being an artist mean?:

In my individual experience, I exult in a heightened sensory awareness - (which is also, in part, by consequence of challenges within my nervous system and an uncontrollable epileptic condition). Nonetheless, I can appreciate a blessed benefit in this: by effect of alert perceptions in my auditory, sensational (and especially) VISUAL experience.

Your practice & activities include e.g workshops, teaching:

I am currently training on an intense online study course (at postgraduate level) with the well-respected Royal Drawing School, London.

CV & Education, relevant & leading to your artistic practice:

Undergraduate degree in Fine Art, with first class-honours, specialty in oil painting and figurative drawing, from Canterbury Christ Church University (2005-2008). With my Art portfolio and exhibition in my final year, I was granted the Daler Rowney Painting Award.

Your gallery outlets/stockists:

The Grange Court, Leominster
