Hannah Madden

I carve my own printing blocks + hand print nature inspired repeat prints + patterns onto natural + plant dyed cotton, using water based inks. I also incorporate natural plant dyes to add unique, one-of-a-kind designs. I enjoy being able to work on a process from start to finish; from having an idea, drawing it, creating a block to eventually holding something physical. It feels incredibly rewarding + every piece makes me feel more enthusiastic when producing the next.
