Details

How would you describe the work you do and why?: 

I create creatures and scenes of nature all from the wonderful natural material of wool. Hand felted by a single needle, my pictures are full of intricate details and hours of love. All finished off with a little sparkle and framed with a bow.

For you what does being an artist mean?: 

The joy of creativity, being able to create something that not only brings you enjoyment but can also bring enjoyment to others.

Needle Felt Artist

Your practice & activities include e.g workshops, teaching: 

I create my artwork around my other responsibilities which are mostly being a mum to two young children! Therefore I am currently enjoying my practice as and when I am able to snatch some time mostly as a hobby
