How would you describe the work you do and why?:

“I am interested in where drawing stops and painting starts. I enjoy working in watercolour, oil paint and most popularly in ink. Inspired by a visual interest in structures; my work evolves to explore tone, pattern and texture, in varied mark-making techniques. I am best known for my work in Indian drawing ink on unbleached British paper. I prefer working with spontaneity en plein air in places of historic, geographical or unique character”
