Details
My work is me translating the world in a way that makes sense to me. It can be therapeutic, sometimes very raw. There are some works I have never shown to anyone. But the majority alludes to universal themes in human experience and often resonates with my audience.
Being an artist means I am privileged to be able to communicate in a beautiful language.
I describe myself and my practise as joyful dabbling. I am always moving forward experimenting with new images, unwilling to be bogged down by repetition.
I taught art full time in my youth but these days I work alone in my studio.
