How would you describe the work you do and why?:
I design and make sculptural naturalist plant forms, inspired by my own horticultural interests.
For you what does being an artist mean?:
I am able to enjoy my work and produce unique pieces of art, this is important to me an artist blacksmith.
Describe what you call yourself/your practice?:
I am a Master Blacksmith, being a Fellow of the Worshipful Company of Blacksmiths (FWCB).
Your practice & activities include e.g workshops, teaching:
For many years I taught at the National School of Blacksmithing in Hereford.
Exhibitions in the last 3 years:
Various places, inc H-art, RHS Wisley, RHS Hampton Court, RHS Tatton Park.
