How would you describe the work you do and why?:

I like to take my inspiration from nature and well known artists. I like to incorporate animals into most of my work including unusual and endangered ones in order to build awareness of that animal. I plan on making a collection of endangered animal sculptures and have an exhibition dedicated to just this. This is a long term goal but I have already started it with a Lemur, I am currently working of a Fennec Fox.

Your practice & activities include e.g workshops, teaching:

I specialised in pottery in Hereford College of Art and Design. I spent most of my time in the pottery studio including lunch breaks and after lessons end. I have attended a pottery studio local to me for the past 3 years and have now started to help out there in the behind the scenes tasks (the messy side of pottery). When the studio teacher is away on holiday of ill, I cover the classes for her supporting my peers in the classes. I have also attended Courses for potters by Charlotte Manser.
