How would you describe the work you do and why?:

The jewellery I create uses the unique craft of Wire Wrapping. Wire wrapping is a type of craft where the stones or crystals are set within the wire wrap without the aid of glues, soldering etc. I predominantly use natural crystals and stones coupled with Stirling silver wire which makes each design very unique.

For you what does being an artist mean?:

Being an artist for me is the ability to create and design from the heart and then to share that vision with the world. Creating jewellery, for me, is very much an aid to relaxation.

Describe what you call yourself/your practice?:

My business name is Jenny's Twisted Treasures, I am of course the Jenny of the company I specialise in wire wrapped jewellery which predominantly involves twisting silver wire into treasured designs.

CV & Education, relevant & leading to your artistic practice:

Throughout my school years I was very much engaged in my artistic talents. My working history is mostly in sales which I find helps to promote my business. My biggest inspiration comes from my families history for artistic talents, non more so than my mum Rachel Padley (Potter) all of my knowledge and talents I owe to her
