How would you describe the work you do and why?:
I love to paint! My preferred medium is oil paint and soft pastels.
For you what does being an artist mean?:
Being able to paint brings me much joy and excitement! Many years ago I was told I had no aptitude for art and I'm thrilled that I now can prove that statement wrong!
Describe what you call yourself/your practice?:
Retired doctor who discovered a new passion in the form of painting.
Your practice & activities include e.g workshops, teaching:
Paint mainly for family and friends.

Interest in art but never tried until I retired from practising as a doctor.
