For you what does being an artist mean?:

Being an artist to me means being in touch with your sensitivity and feeling the impulse to respond in a poetic way that opens peoples hearts. A gift to ourselves and each other.

Describe what you call yourself/your practice?:

I am an Artist and Art Psychotherapist in Training based in the Welsh Hills in Hay on Wye. I make ceramic sculptures and create images inspired by nature, myth and storytelling. I work across mediums in the forms of clay, poetry to painting, using as many natural pigments as I can find locally.

Your practice & activities include e.g workshops, teaching:

I am also an Art Psychotherapist in training and run creative and therapeutic workshops in Hay on Wye. Here I integrate my training and experience as an Artist to support the creative process for others. See my website for more details.
