How would you describe the work you do and why?:
Working in soft pastels on sanded board is my favoured medium, followed by watercolour and oil. Subject matter changes each year but still homing in on hedgerow foliage and trees.
For you what does being an artist mean?:
I cannot imagine not being creative. Ideas buzz and although dissatisfaction reigns for a while the brain can still achieve in the end - we hope!

A painter in pastels and other mediums.
