How would you describe the work you do and why?: 

I would describe my work as primarily abstract and also expressive - often referencing the landscape in which I live.
I love colour.
I take inspiration from the shapes and colours in the rural landscape where I live.

For you what does being an artist mean?: 

Being an artist enables me to lead a full and creative life. When I am painting I am
'In the Moment'

Describe what you call yourself/your practice?: 

I am an artist who paints inoils and also acrylic paint. Also, sometimes I use pencil
Therefore in general terms I would describe myself as a mixed media artist
I have a B A in Mixed Media Art and an
M A with distinction in Fine Art Painting.

Your practice & activities include e.g workshops, teaching: 

My practice involves a lot of experimentation in my studio. I apply colour on various types of paper and save these coloured pieces and sometimes found script to collage into some of my paintings
I love to visit galleries and keep in touch with other artists on Instagram.
