How would you describe the work you do and why?:

I am driven by the ever evolving seasons, using the colours and the mood to steer my practice. I also use my paintings as inspiration for my fabrics, designing them from scratch and making cushions, lampshades and soft furnishings.

For you what does being an artist mean?:

being free to explore my creativity on a daily basis and earning a living from something so enjoyable.

Describe what you call yourself/your practice?:

I am predominantly a painter, using inks and oils to create impressions of my surroundings. I paint on wood, natural canvas, linen and occasionally paper.
