The Dream Path

Seeking the Intangible

Awakening

How would you describe the work you do and why?:

I love to be outdoors and my paintings capture the emotions I feel in a landscape while also exploring our connection to the world around us. Living on the Wales/England border I feel a connection to Celtic myths which often feature strong women. Some of my paintings result from my reflection of the role of women throughout time and in the future.

For you what does being an artist mean?:

I believe everything in life is connected and we all have a responsibility to care for the planet’s future. My paintings are a reflection of this belief- each one is a piece of me and I love to share them.

Describe what you call yourself/your practice?:

I am an artist painting mainly in oils but also acrylics and mixed media.
