How do you describe your Gallery?:
The Artists' Gallery is a co-operative group of eight local artists, producing beautiful, innovative and highly skilled work, covering a broad spectrum of disciplines. Including hand-thrown stoneware ceramics, intricate digital wildlife prints, turned wooden vessels and much more. Situated on the Ludlow Farm Shop complex just off the A49. Come and immerse yourself in the wonders this artisan retail site has to offer, meet and buy from the makers directly and soak up the stunning rural Shropshire landscape in the process...
Do you specialise in any particular artform or craft?:
We showcase the work of our 8 permanent members, a jeweller, a wood turner, a wildlife artist, a ceramicist, a watercolourist, two sculptors and a botanical artist. Additionally we invite two local artists every month to exhibit their work as visiting artists.
What's important to you when you choose whose work to exhibit and sell?:
We look for artists whose work we feel compliments the 8 members. We try to select artists working in different mediums or styles to our eight members but also to the highest standard in their chosen medium.
What's coming up this year?:
We have 24 talented and diverse artists showing with us in 2024 as visitors. Check in on the gallery website for details of who we are showing each month. During Herefordshire art week we have the work of jeweller Sam Hemming and artist Sandy Densem on show alongside the 8 co-op members.
Your notable exhibitions in the last few years:
Since open in October 2019 we have always showcased the 8 cooperative members work, we have also hosted various pop up events in our own premises and in Ludlow and further afield as a gallery group, building our reputation as an approachable and inviting art gallery that champions local artists work and also gives visitors the unique chance to actually meet one of the artists on every visit to the gallery.

Pip Jones - watercolourist, Alice Savery - pen and ink botanicals, Laura-Jayne Grey- Silver jeweller, Priscilla Hann - Bronze sculptor, Paul Burton - metal and slat sculptures, Kim Davis - Turned wood, Shelly Perkins - Wildlife prints, Sarah Billingham - ceramics.
