I live in my head and constantly search for peace – not OF mind, but FROM it. My work is a visual representation of my inner world. I’m fascinated by patterns as they offer clues to an underlying order. I believe all of us respond to patterns in this way, to varying degrees. Through spontaneous reaction and technique, I can exert a degree of control and manipulation on paint which I pour from cups, jugs and bowls in order to create something visually compelling and completely unique.

A professional artist, I specialise in using fluid art techniques and work out of a large dedicated studio in Newent. I'm represented by fine art online and offline galleries and have exhibited in Italy, Barcelona and New York. I'm generally considered by other fluid artists to be one of the top "paint pourers" in the country and teach students all over the world. While I'm regularly invited to demonstrate and teach both within the UK and overseas, I prefer to coach either 1:1 or 1:2 directly from my well-equipped and well-located studio.
