I have always been a collector of objects, often things which have been discarded. My handbuilt stoneware pots and sculptures are made by layering up textures and colour using slips and underglazes. The surfaces are impressed with found objects and natural materials.
The opportunity to express myself creatively and spend my time making.
I am a ceramic and mixed media artist, combining found objects and made elements to explore ideas of collecting, curating and preserving.
